C-TV Safety filling hose with regulator, ball valves and pressure gauges

The safety air filling hose is delivered with male/male quick coupling for easy connection to air compressor. The regulator ensures that the correct pressure is maintained in the pipe stopper/packer while this is in use inside the pipe. 2x valves (in front and behind regulator) makes it simple to release the pressure when the job is done. 10 mtr. hose is sufficient so you can stand next to the air compressor by the man hole/well while the filling hose is connected to pipe stopper/packer at the entrance of the pipe.

Connection and air filling:

- Connect the hose to pipe stopper/packer (NOTE air flow direction: see arrows on regulator)

- Close both valves.

- Turn the regulator all the way down (pull up, turn counter clockwise, push down)

- Connect air compressor

- Open the large (red) valve

- Set the pressure regulator to the desired pressure (pull up, turn clockwise, push down)

The pressure regulator will now keep the set pressure in the pipe stopper/packer.

Disconnention and air drain:

- Close the large red valve

- Disconnect air compressor (optional as the red valve closes air flow)

- Turn the regulator all the way down (pull up, turn counter clockwise, push down)

- Open the small black valve

- Air is drained via the small black valve

- Disconnect filling hose from pipe stopper/packer
