3 good reasons to use WILLPOX LC:

  • Fully cured system, where light source starts the exothermic process in the epoxy which ensures a strong adhesion between line and pipe
  • Can be used together with glass liner, needle felt liner and BRAWOLINER
  • Fast curing with a pulling speed of up to 1.9 m/min

Epoxy material can be applied at the workshop and stored for min. 72 hours before installation.

The styrene-free WILLPOX® epoxy is also sold as a base material for BRAWOLINER in a private label product under the name BRAVO UVPox.

Light spectrum:

LED & UV light sources can be used for curing WILLPOX LC with a wavelength / spectrum in the range 360 nm - 450 nm.

Pull cable speed:

The LED & UV light source in the liner is dependent on the power of the light source, dimension of the liner and transmission of light.

Here is a table of pull cable speeds for specially developed UV felt liners from lineTEC:

WILLPOX LC process instruction:

1. WILLPOX® is a one-component hybrid resin based on epoxy.

2. WILLPOX® is homogeneous and must not be stirred before use.

5. When the stocking is inverted, it is important that the pipe lining is in contact with the old pipe and that no air pockets can form between the pipe lining and the old pipe.

6. The reaction is started by the light rays. The exothermic reaction of the resin develops heat and is delayed in relation to the movement of the light source.

7. Temperatures of up to 130°C can occur during the exothermic reaction, so it is important to allow pressure to remain in the liner after the light source has passed through until the material has cooled below 30°C. Usually approx. 30 minutes.
