IBAK Robotics cutter van with electric robot cutter system

IBAK Robotics offers 2 different electric cutter solutions from DN 150 lined to DN 800mm pipes. An electric cutter system is superior to pneumatic and hydraulic systems!

- MicroGator is a self-propelled cutter robot for mains from DN 200 reline (Ø 175 mm) - DN 800 mm pipe.

- MicroGator 150 is a self-propelled cutter robot for mains from DN 150 reline (Ø 135 mm) - DN 400 mm pipe.

MicroGator equipped with "clamp pads", which enable the tractor to raise and lower as needed, so that the best possible position and grip is achieved in interaction with many different wheels and wheel fittings. The cutter head itself can be moved forwards / backwards, up / down and right / left. A fourth axis for swinging the head around can be installed (optional). Swing / rotor camera with cleaning function monitors the cutter head.

The cutter head can be moved on 3 axes: forward / backward is controlled by the tractor itself, which drives forward / backward, rotating 360 degrees both left and right, while up / down is done by the motor at the head itself. An additional axis with the option of pouring the cutter head can be installed (optional). The cutter comes with a swing / rotor camera with cleaning function for monitoring, as well as a ventilation system to blow dust away, so the operator can always see what is going on.

The above systems can be built into vehicles with interior design Standard (TV operator room and wet room separately) or as Standard with review.

Delivery time for specially built Cutter car is approx. 10-12 weeks from receipt of order and delivery of vehicle to IBAK in Kiel.
