Optronic JetCam 40 PRO (Flush Camera)

The only system on the market where the high pressure hose in equipped with an inspection camera and where push rod and hose is integrated into one. All-in-one operation gives the user a unique opportunity to start the inspection/cleaning task in one end of the pipe system and systematically perform the inspection task through the whole system from the same starting point. Camera is guided in laterals via a single lateral nozzle mounted behind the camera head.

Suitable for apartment buildings with many laterals and can be used in systems with many following upon each other 90 degree bends, however only from DN100mm.

Steer over deposits which are then cleaned away when the high pressure hose is pulled back. If the pipe is completely blocked then use the front nozzle to loosen the blockage. Then steer the high pressures hose past the blockage before the pipe is cleaned completely when the rear nozzles removes the remains of the blockage when going back again. 

The whole process can be filmed and documented in one and the same operation.

JetCam system requires a high pressure jetter med 1/2" connection and max. 60 ltr./min. at 150 bar. Front jet (optional extra) works automatically when pressure is adjusted to 150 bars.
