    Measure your sewer network with the new 3D GeoSense system from IBAK!

    Inspect mains and branch lines from DN 150 to DN 2000 with the 3D GeoSense system. The system consists of specially developed camera heads and associated software package in addition to IKAS Evolution. Can also be retrofitted in all newer IBAK TV cars with LISY 3.2 branch cable system.

    The LISY 3 conduit system with calibrated ORION-L 3D camera head can carry out TV inspection of pipes, determining x, y, and z coordinates in the same process. The system allows TV inspection of conduits from DN 100 and up, directly from main pipes with a minimum DN 150.

    Propulsion of the system is achieved with the use of a camera flush nozzle, or simply by using the LISY system without flushing.

    The ORION-L 3D camera head can also be mounted on a T66 or T76 tractor for inspection of main pipes. This can be done in pipes up to DN 2000.

    It is also possible to add the 3D GeoSense to the ORPHEUS 2 camera head, eliminating the need to change camera heads to carry out the analysis.

    The IBAK-3D GeoSense system uses a very small and accurately precalibrated sensor. The sensor must be calibrated before each use in order to prevent sensor error and ensures an accurate measurement of the conduits. Observations happen in real time on the screen. The operator chooses whether to carry out the examination while the camera head is in forward or backward motion.

    To examine a stretch of main pipes, all you need is a regular IBAK TV inspection vehicle with IBAK Evolution software with 3D GeoSense, and a precalibrated sensor!

    If it is possible to acquire Knude.xml and Lednings.xml plus a background card with geo data over the inspection area, it is easier to deliver the result to the customer. If not, you can always enter well coordinates, or use a GPS system from e.g. GeoMax X-POLE for determination of well coordinates and transfer this data to the system in dandas format.
