IBOS MiniVac sludge suction trailer 3.5 ton with transport roller and electric roll-in / roll-out via radio remote control

Construction:

IBOS MiniVac is built on a galvanized and powder coated boogie trailer.


Ring shaped/cylindrical sludge tank in steel, approx. 1.800 ltr., is sandblown, galvanized and painted in RAL-color according to customer wish. Splash plates installed inside the tank. Tank lid with mechanical opening in the whole circumference of the tank is mounted in the real. On tank lid is installed 1 x 3" (2/3 height) and 1 x 4" bottom suction nozzles with slide valve. Emptying of tank either with overpressure or manually with hydraulic oilpressure.

JURUP suction pump 6.500 ltr./min. (incl. accessories: filter, sludge-separator, vaccum gauge...)

18 hp Honda (2 cylinders) petrol engine. Electrical start.

Emptying with tip or overpressure.

Hose shelf, engine cover and toolbox are standand and painted in RAL-color according to customer wish.

Suction hose: 2 mtr. 4" with Perrot-coupling. 

Valve for draining surface water placed in 1/2 height of tank.

Valve in the top of the tank of emptying through 4" bottom suction with use of pump.

18 mtr. (6+12 mtr.) 2" hose with Perrot-coupling, adapter 3" to 2" and suction pipe with ball valve is optional.

Halogen work light and orange safety rotating beacon.

Height max 2 mtr.

Operation:

IBOS MiniVac is delivered with vacuum gauge/high pressure gauge, sludge level indicator, overpressure valve and emergency stop.

Is delivered with EU CoC documentation.

Delivery time: approx. 12-14 weeks.

Can also be delivered with a larger 9.000 ltr./min Jurop PN84 vacuumpump and 22 hp Honda petrol engine.
