Better light transmission in the liner is due to the development of the HighTex UV fiber. Can be used in the wavelength range 250nm - 600nm.
The ProFlex 3D +UV liner is particularly good for relatively long stretches and/or in pipes whose condition is estimated to be in poor condition. It is very stable in the longitudinal direction.
The lined pipe will achieve the strength of a new pipe, even if there are many bends and/or dim. jump.

The unique and highly flexible polyester with HighTex UV and PU coating allows the liner to stretch longitudinally and allows diameter changes, so the end result is a wrinkle-free liner that can also go through multiple consecutive 90 degree bends and will adapt to the actual conditions of the pipe.
Technical characteristics:
Fiber material is 100% polyester with HighTex UV and an outer PU coating. The liner is sewn and is undersized 10%. Thickness (uncured) of 4.5 mm. Material thickness after impregnation and curing of min. 3.8 mm.
lineTEC ProFlex +UV is available in sizes DN 50-70, DN 70-80, DN 70-100, DN 80-100, DN 100-125, DN 100-150, DN 150-200, DN 200-250 and DN 250 -300.
Supplied in rolls of 100 mtrs. +/- 10 mtrs.
Curing with UV & LED light source. Can also be cured with water (up to 70° Celsius) or steam (with a suitable calibration hose) if ordinary epoxy is used.
